10,000 Barramundi Fingerlings (POA)

These Barramundi are an average of 40mm in length and are currently being graded on a regular basis and are ready for sale from our quarantine facility.

Growing Out
Barramundi are rapid growers and can reach plate size (>500g) in 9 – 12 months depending on stocking densities & feeding regimes.

On The Plate
The clean white colour and the texture of their flesh makes this fish an attractive choice for many seafood lovers. In particular, their ability to readily absorb the flavour of oriental spices also makes them a favourite for Asian cuisine
